Surface sailors tend to read this one twice, then pretend they didn’t get the joke. The print reads “Your Salt Life U.S. Submarine Service Amuses Me,” a friendly jab from someone who spent their sea time below the waves rather than on top of them.

At the center sits a black-and-white emblem of a submarine’s bow flanked by two curling, scaled dolphins, set against a burst of golden halftone dots. Rough brush-style yellow letters handle the ribbing above and below, while U.S. SUBMARINE SERVICE runs in clean white block capitals across the black field.

Wear it to a boat reunion, a Navy birthday cookout or the next family dinner where a cousin brags about his destroyer. It also makes a sly present for a retired submariner, or for the bubblehead dad who still corrects everyone’s ship stories.
